CORSARIO MADRID is not a restaurant where food and drinks are served to people, it is a restaurant where people are served food and drinks.

CORSARIO MADRID Restaurant was born from the energy and desire to update Spain from the Mediterranean philosophy of life. Chef Livan Valdes’ cuisine proposal revolves around the product and preparation. We do not offer typical dishes, but we do have nods to tradition such as turbot and our steak so that the experience is in harmony.

We are the concept you were waiting for in the heart of Madrid, what you think of when you need to disconnect and enjoy yourself with your loved ones in a pure, healthy, comfortable, harmonious, fun and homely space.
